Who we are. Scalexa is a trading name of Fluxscale Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (14247405), registered office 27 Swanton Road, Dereham, England, NR19 2HH. We're the controller of the details you give us. Contact: hello-ai@scalexa.com.

What we collect. Your name, work email, company, and optionally your website and what you'd send us first. We also record when you signed up. To protect the form from spam we also store your browser's user-agent string and a one-way hashed (not reversible) form of your IP address; the hashed IP is kept for no more than 24 hours.

Why we use it. We use it to contact you about Scalexa On-Demand: to tell you when it opens, offer you a place, and ask follow-up questions about what you'd like us to work on. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box. We won't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Who can see it. Scalexa staff who run the waiting list. Our website and database are hosted by Lovable and Supabase (cloud infrastructure that may process data outside the UK under standard contractual safeguards).

How long we keep it. Until On-Demand opens and you either subscribe or decline, and no longer than 12 months from sign-up. Then we delete it.

Your rights. You can withdraw consent, or ask to see, correct or delete your details, at any time by emailing hello-ai@scalexa.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
